  Location is very good - and for a bust street, it was quiet inside the hotel. Suggestion - get a Deluxe Room, there is 3 of them, they are located up the back of the hotel complex and have another pool to themselves. There is also 2 private rooms (step up from the Deluxe rooms) with private plunge pools. - Very clean and tidy place, friendly staf... what people say » f and not far from all other places. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Breakfast was not the best, rice, noodles and chicken wings! Although you could have a fresh omelette made which was decent.

  My friends and I made our way to the hotel with the least expectations considering the price we paid for our stay at Jocs Boutique Hotel. We checked in not expecting too much from the hotel. However, we were surprised by how lovely the hotel was, from the design to the staff. We even got a jacuzzi on the rooftop! We booked for a family room and it... what people say » consisted of 2 huge king size beds with more than enough space. The room was spacious and even the bathroom was big too. The front desk staff were ex - Staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. They were always smiling and ready to say hello to you whenever they saw you. We stayed in a deluxe room with 2 massive beds. There was plenty of room in there and everything was fresh and cleaned daily. Location was excellent. Everything you need is at your door step and its just a short walk to the beach. Great coffee across the road. We didn't have breakfast included, but this was no problem, as there was plenty of cheap places to eat very
