Probably the friendliest staff I've come across while traveling. They are happy to take care of any of your needs, answer any of your questions and assist with any issues you might have. Although it's a B&B we could borrow an adapter, hair dryer and water boiler at short notice. One of us is vegetarian and the staff were happy to assist in preparing a suitable breakfast (which for a free one, is pretty excellent and varies greatly from day to day). The staff are so friendly! The receptionist at the counter was telling
us where to go, what to eat, where to buy what at what reasonable
prices. Warn us of touters and sellers. Excellent!
SS bed is clean with fluffy pillows and comforters with quilt covers! LCD tv with alot of international channels. Free wifi access (provided to without me even prompting first)available throughout Tanaya and even across the street. Provided 2 bottles of mineral waters everyday, even though I havent open the o.
we got an upgrade from standard to superior room so we dont have to use shared bathroom.

Budget hotel, yummy breakfast, cozy n comfort room and...., in a LEGIAN streets... (5minutes to the beach). Easy to looking for a RENT motorbike, for a food, for a massage/spa n looking for a niteclub.. ;).
The staff at Tanaya spoke good English, and were very helpful with all requests. The bed and breakfast was a little haven of quiet in the middle of the madness that can be Legian.

I love the interior design concept of the lobby and corridor, simple & cozy except for the room. excellent location and strong wi-fi connection. Nice terrace for breakfast. An acceptable budget hotel for stopover and short stay.

The stinky shampoo/shower gel argument I've come across here is a little overblown. The bigger issue is that they hardly work or foam. We went out to Circle K across the street to get our own necessaries.
The free wi-fi strength is also quite weak, so take that into account if you for some reason demand a stable internet connection when you're supposed to have fun in Bali!.

I am a big breakfast eater, so the free breakfast doesnt really fill me up, but its okay cos I can find food everywhere just outside Tanaya.
No electric kettle, wardrobe, hairdryer or beach towels. But thats okay for me cos Tanaya is advertised as a B&B so I dont expect the same from bigger hotels or resorts.
Window view is a brick walls.. For room in 2nd floor, a bathroom is in outside.. :(.
Found a cockroach in the toilet when we first walk in to the room. But we never saw any roach after.

Stayed in double superior room with dirty room floors. In need to wear slippers or shoes when walking through the room. The bathroom smells like drain causing smells to the whole room plus there is no air ventilation.

I stayed in tanaya 4 years ago and it was much cleaner etc. the rooms
are now getting old, toilet flush don't work as well, and
cleanliness is not up to mark. The white towels looks yellowish and the
shampoo / body wash provided stinks!!.
We didn't like the fact that they charged us twice. First time in
cash on arrival (which is normal) and the second time 1 week later
(directly from our bank account!). It's been a month now and still
no solution found with booking...We are really disappointed. We
didn't even know that letsbookhotel.com gave our bank info to the hotel...
