The staff at the hotel were fantastic upon my arrival.
When I got to my room they rang me to make sure everything was ok and to let me know the minibar was free!
The Manager Esap was very welcoming in the morning and helped arrange transport during my stay and provided free lunch and arranged for his staff to take me to the airport.

Love the fact that I can do a last minute shopping at Cihampelas Superhero outlet before my flight back. The location is so convenient as it is linked to CiWalk. After a tiring day out, I can just walk over to the mall and have a nice cup of hot chocolate at Starbucks or JCo Donuts and enjoy the night away till closing. I don't have to worry about
