The room was clean, big and comfortable. The service, in general, was good. The swimming pool was awesome, with the bar. We could drink in the pool. The restaurant had good food. The night before we checked out, there was an event in there, with some balinese dance and all-you-can-eat BBQ for $17. As we needed to check out early in the morning and would not be able to have our breakfast there, a man from the staff we met in the bar, prepared boxes with some food we could take on the way to the .
all reviews » This was my family first time to Bali and I would like to Thank all the staff at Kuta Central Park were awesome and I would like to thank you for making our stay memorable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was delicious and there was variety of foods to choose from which my children loved. If you wanted Bacon the staff were able to provide this for you. Our rooms were always clean and tidy when we returned for the day. Happy hour were cheap, loved the Baileys comet a must try. In my opinion this hotel deserves 5 stars just on the hospitality alone, we travelled with a 7 month old baby and nothing was too much to ask of this hotel, it is one of the cleanest I have stayed in, and once again staff made our stay so comfortable. It is also situated in a really nice relaxed area with only a bunch of new shops in the central park square itself, so no problem going to the circle k or supermarket which is around the corner, with hubs or even alone, as its not an area full of . This hotel was stunning and modern. Its nice for both couples and families. The room we had included breakfast and there was quite a large variety. If you stay in the prices are good for dinner etc. location is 5-10 mins away from kuta beach by taxi. taxis are easy to get from outside or the hotel can call tou one.Has convieniance stores and other shops close by. Very clean and excellent service. Nice cosy rooms. All of it, I was here for 11 nights and found the staff to be very attentive, nothing was too much trouble at all, the breakfast was a huge buffet and very very nice, the room was clean and tidy with many samples like soap shampoo body wash slippers shower cap even a little sewing kit lol ... Its a 10 min walk from Legian street but only $1 in a taxi :) I would definitley stay here again it was great ... i love the rooms they are clean and not out of date, they look brand new. I love how we got water everyday and how friendly the staff are especially when we had a room where it got flooded due to the roof outside of our door, caved in and water was gushing everywhere so we got put in a 2 bedroom suite! i love this place had stayed there twice now and we wont stay anywhere else. very friendly staff and huge breakfast buffet... also it has a good rome service that you can call at any time you want to get food or drinks or anything else. all over a nice hotel, 15 min by foot to the beach but not in the main shopping street which was good for us because there are so many people who offer you sunglasses, taxi etc which can be annoying after a while... The staff were fantastic, just so friendly and accomodating. The rooms were very spacious and clean real value for money. I would reccoment this hotel to anyone, we travelled with a party of 50 people and every person enjoyed the accomodation. The services were excellent (there is a shuttle service to Kuta, Legian, Discovery Plaza) and the staff were very helpfull. A lot of hawker food and mini market around the hotel, including Nasi Pedas Bu Andhika outlet. Customer service was great, all the staff could not do enough for us and they absolutely loved my 5 year old boy. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choices. The family room was great . 2 rooms 2 bathrooms and a lounge tv area in the middle room120 is near the pool but no pool view . Ground floor .swim up pool bar was great . I ask the hotel to ind me a driver. The driver took us to a place where the water sports price is double than others. i have stayed at room 165, one of the air conditioner was leaked. A little bit far away from the main drag. In walking distance, but Kuta is not walking-friendly. Asked for view of pool but got view of concrete shops being built. The shower area without the glass door. No compliment water and no amenity nearby. Surrounding neighborhood is not fully developed. the drinking cups served during breakfast and the utensils shows fingerprints and hand marks. the bathroom floor is extremely slippery when wet, hence dangerous for us without any solid mats or towels. the complimentary glass bottled water in the rooms are capped, but without a can opener, we had trouble opening these. rubbish bins without plastic bags in them. wifi internet in room was poor. unable to access from the room. Nothing !!!!. Our room opened onto the swimming pool which was nice, and though the pool closed at a certain time, there were some very noisy guest that chatted well into the night. The hotel should have requested these folk to keep noise down as it would have disturbed other guests as well. Their cleaning trolleys made a terrible noise. Sometimes we would be woken at 3am with the thump thump of the trolleys. Cleanness should be concern. There's no sea view. Wi-Fi was only good near the lobby. only limited shuttle bus. Flooring very slippery when wet had to take shoes off to prevent slipping over. No hair dryer in the room, we have to request. The pool is small. and water in the room should be free. Nothing. The menu in the cafe was limited and the room service menu was exactly the same. If you book a normal room you don't get a window!! Rooms facing the pool are not sound proof and are very noisy from the music/bar and people in the pool at all hours Lusie on the front desk; not very helpful and a bit of attitude. A lot of noice from the corridor when we were trying to sleep.. More than 5 min walk from beach as stated. room with no window. The breakfast can be improved.
