The location is very good as it is near to kuta beach and not too far from discovery mall. We found out from the staff that muslim food are nearby too. Make sure u check with the staff. Because on the 1st day we didnt ask the staff, we walked all the way to discovery mall bt could not find muslim food and had fast food instead. The staff are very friendly feel free to ask them anything. The room is clean and comfortable for the price is worth it.
all reviews » it's locates in the convenient place, just 5 min walking distance from shopping center and 5 min from Kuta beach. The staff were very friendly, and we enjoyed the food and drinks at its restaurant while there was a live music as well. In brief Jesen I is a high value inn considering its price. free tv n fridge in room.can borrow hair dryer from counter.great english breakfast.all these added value is not available fot free in other budget inn but it is foc here at jesen inn.also im welcome to swim in the new pool in jesen inn 2. Very budget for money. Good strategic location with 5 min walk to kuta beach. You actually can use swimming pool at Jesen II. If you do not have enough towel, just take from the cabinet infront of room no. 1. The hotel is nice and clean place to stay with great location - close to Kuta beach, shops and restaurants. Noise from outside the room gets in easily because the window is just a piece of flimsy plastic. Bad wifi in the room. I wish they would let you have swimming priveleges at the Jensen II pool. There was no internet in the room. the AC was useless. I hated Kuta in general. The room. Bath room not comfortable. Internet is not good(((. A little bit noisy (traffic in the street), old furnish and paint. Breakfast wise, Fresh Fruit, Fruit Juice and Coffee was choice. Nonsense. The room was dull and oldish, the flush was not working properly in the bathroom. Wifi available only in restaurant. Two small bottles of drinking water given during checking - that's it, if you need more go to nearby shops to buy one. Only one towel given for two guests. Very simple room. Quite loudly during the night. Wifi is available only on 1st floor. Things like towel, soap n shampoo need to be provided daily basis. Example bathroom towel only one instead of two. Soap of low quality n no shampoo. Wifi can be only use at the bar instead at the room. There were stains on the bad sheet. There was just a plain blanket without any covers, and it looked like it is not washed after every guest. In the evening there is live music downstairs, which is very noisy. The bed and blankets are not acceptable.
