I was picked up from airport at 1am and delivered early next morning for no extra cost. the rooms are clean and spacious. there is a pool and a small spa that I did not have a chance to try but that looked very nice. You have info on flight schedules on your tv and there are no noises during the night. Perfect for when you are in transit. The staff is extremely friendly and professional and they even accepted a package for me before I arrived.

No wifi connection in the room. Breakfast was very average in range & quality. Room looked somewhat old & tired & had musty smell. Too many mosquitoes flying around. Noisy hotel. Construction of a new building next to the hotel so forget resting by the pool durung the day at the moment till the new building is complete. We were in a gound level room, very dark. Air conditioning not working was pretty hot. Changed room at my insistence and things sorted out. Shuttle not on time Need to be very careful if you decide to taxi a taxi from airport, this hotel is 2 minutes away by car from international arrivals.....I Was charge 10 usd....................i was ripped off by the taxi. Noise from construction. breakfast menu was less satisfactory, bathroom floor, bathtub are slippery, unlike harris kuta. The place was under renovation and nothing like the photos on the internet. Didn't stay there. The construction next door was very loud. The noise started early morning and went until way after dark. Made my stay uncomfortable. When swimming in the beautiful pool, the constructions workers would stop and stare for long periods of time.
