We booked Eden as we wanted q low cost, clean hotel close to the airport as we were arriving into Bali at 2am. We were greeted by friendly staff and a warm welcome. Check-in was simple, our room was clean and fresh. This is a modern, western style hotel which was perfect for bleary eyed travellers. We had breakfast which was very nice, and appreciated the 12noon checkout which allowed us to get our bearings and have a swim in their lovely pool. The good location meant it was a short walk up to.

Special pool for children is big enough. Kuta Beach can be acsess via a shortcut through Dynasty Hotel. It's across from the hotel eden :D Discovery mall can be reached within 5-10 minutes on foot. Many restaurant options along the way. The room is clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, good service, very keen to help. I arrived early but they allowed me to check-in at 10 am when a room was available. Good location, near restaurants and a modern shopping mall. The hotel is only about 10 minutes from the airport. I loved the location of he hotel...very family friendly as they had a pool for adults and a separate pool for kids! Attended a party in the function room an the staff were very friendly and seem to join in the fun! An I give a 10/10 for the breakfast...one of the best!. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and there was lots of options what to eat. Food in the restaurant was also good and there were many restaurants close to the hotel. It takes only 10 minutes walk to the shopping mall. Staf very friendly and helpful, every night they will knock your door to ask if you like to change towel with a new one.... Having travelled to Bali a few times before I knew not to drink it - but I've never noticed it smell quite so aweful. Otherwise a great value for money hotel. Nothing in particular. The design of the rooms were very nice although I felt that it was very small and was very disappointed with the showers as thy had an awful smell! We had a few other family members stay at the hotel and for me the hotel was quite large so took time to get to each others room and also elevators didn't have room numbers allocated to each floor so made it difficult to find! But other then that I did enjoy my time there. You have to walk 10-15 minutes to the beach. The traffic is terrible and you have to walk among the vehicles - not very safe. The local people keeping shops are very agressive with selling and its very annoying. Some of the staff didnt't speak English almost at all. every night is always crowded with people talking with loud voices until late at night. Loud music in the pool area. AC rather warm and the fact that breakfast was not included in the rate ... Toilet no bath tub in the standard room. Aircon not so cold. Staff knocking the room as late as 1:30am to check the aircon. Horrible! Pool is clean but too shallow like kids pool. the staff not so friendly enough to solve the problems or some request. Smelly drains. Many ants in room and bath room Bath room smelly. No bath-tub. None, i enjoy my 6days stay.. tumbs up to all staff! :)). Staff filling buckets of water right in front of our room from early morning with several standing around at any time. Also - no alcohol while they await licence? Wish I had known!. The menu of the breakfast, the spread is not much. The porridge was too dry and sticky and hope the menu can change every day. Maybe a small different varieties of Asian food. I lost some clothes in the lobby. Clogged bathroom which already complained several times, rushed cleaning : left behind pillowcases, coffee glasses not washed. The swiming pool is separately and it's too far. Rooms are without soundproof , i cannot sleep !! Spa is too small. A bottle of soft drinks open by unknown somebody in the fridge. I'm confirmed with my children and very sure not done by my children, your counter staff answer me this is the first time they face it this problem and their did check the fridge before guests check-in. What did he mean ?. The air conditioning is not cold enough. Definitely need service. quite noisy around the pool area in the afternoon. Aircorn is not cool. When we dined in the lounge bar the service was extremely slow. Staff are very pleasant but we were waiting for meals up to a hour. And being the only guests in the restaurant I can't see what could be the hold up. Also the selection of drinks. Bintang and Bali hei were the only drinks on the menu for our entire stay. Some of the mock tails were also out of order. But there were no spirits cocktails or other international beer as it sees on the menu. Air condition was not working, and we could make phone call from inside the room. Noisy from children and Asian tourists. Thin walls. Room turned down 3 times a day. Other rooms being cleaned at 4am. check-out and some payment issues. Pool too small, a bit noisy to hear loud music from pool even stayed at 5th floor. No gym or sauna facility, need improvement. Very noisy, u can hear your neighbours open and close their door. When I check out, the front office people not able print out the receipt because the printer got problem. The room door not able to open because security system got problem again. Front desk staff hopeless. Corridor noise Lobby noise. The room no 1601, the bathroom smell not nice. The room also not too clean.
