We had a great stay in Ahimsa Beach Jimbaran in April 2013 (2-bedroom villa). The property is perfect and the staff is amaising. You expect the best service you can imagine starting from breakfast cooked on the villa at the time requested to comleting any other request you can possibly have. We had a birthday celebration with seafood barbecue at the pool, both the food and the decoration was wonderful. all reviews » The villas are well-equipped, clean and the design are simple yet feel luxurious. They have security post just to the left of the lobby so we feel secure. The staff are excellent and friendly. They have two cars standby at the hotel to take you around Bali (extra cost I assume). The Jimbaran beach is just 5 minutes walk from the Hotel. And it is one of the best Beach in Bali as you can see sunset and airplanes departing and arriving from/to Ngurah Rai Airport (hotel is not far from the Airport). We have earlier stayed in pool villas at Jamahal and Damai in Bali. Both are good resorts, but ahimsa beach is better: One bed room pool villa at 160 m2! Tranguility, hospitality and ecellent service. service is very good. We are warmly welcome. The staffs gave me a lot of help to contact airport for the missing luggage. We are satisfiable with the room facility. The swiming pool is very clean. the location is very good,just minutes to the beach and the hotel have free car to pick u to the town and beach. breakfast is good and the cook will come to your villa and prepare food. The tap-water is not very clean and looks yellow in bathtub. While I understand that it may not be the problem of Ahimsa Beach. probably some people will feel uncomfortable if every facilities is outside, likes toilet，shower....BBQ should book in one day before. Private beach is far and sand is dirty there that was reason we gave up to sit at private club of Ahimsa. But it is ok we can sit beach nereby it is public and more comfortable. Not many shops within walking distance. Need to catch a taxi most days but they were quite cheap. Toilet rocked from side to side. Didn't like leaving!!. It is a long flight from Sweden to Bali. But it is worth any effort. Bugs were all over the place and its normal. Location is not completely ideal, in the middle of town. The swimming pool looks old n with dead leaves n insects in the nites. Nothing. Beach access too far.
