The room was simply amazing, it was more than I expected. Everything was very clean and well maintained. On top of that, the staff is super friendly and helpful. They gave a good overview of things to do and also good explanations on how to get around. They organized our diving tour which was amazing and cheap! When we arrived the hot water was not working, but they sent immediately someone to fix it. Very friendly fellow!.
all reviews » The staff were very friendly & helpful, the design of the resort was lovely (I didn't expect the one bed villa would be so spacious or have its own pool), I liked the quiet location and the cost was not high. The problem was that I did not stay there for long enough!. I think we have stayed at Abi Bali three times now, and as always, we had a delightful time there. The facilities are great, breakfast good. The shuttle down to the beach is handy, although now with set times, not always suitable to fit in with. The reception staff went out of their way to assist when flight was delayed. Checked flight times for us and gave us an excellent rate for our extra night. For a luxury hotel the food and beverage was good value for money. Everything! We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our 2 1/2 week trip and it was an excellent way to end the holiday, wish we'd had longer here. Fab rooms, staff, food, facilities, would recommend this hotel. We stayed in one of the villas. Beautiful accomodation, spacious bed/bath room and living room. Very large beds. Beautiful private swimming pool. Friendly personnel and good service. Clean and friendly, helpful staff. Look as if the hotel had recently opened. Lovely bathroom if you got a ground floor room. I have no complains about it, but just a few suggestions that could improve the experience. For instance, the pool had a bit too much chlorine so it was hard to open the eyes... The shuttle service to the beach and town is very helpful, but it would be better if it was available at all times rather than on 2hr schedule. The breakfast is only until 10AM, which seems to be the standard in Bali, but it could be nice to make it longer for lazy people... hehehe. Nothing comes to mind. If I have to be picky I would say the location is the only downside, would be quite a walk to beach etc. Having said that, transport is so cheap in Bali, you can get anywhere without having to pay much at all!. The location of the hotel is far out of the center of Jimbaran. Poor shuttle services as the promised pick up from the airport did not arrive. On the day of departure we had to pay for the shuttle as it was 5.30 am. Bit far out from the beach although there was a courtesy bus but only took you one way, had to get a taxi back. Two pools but not very big. It is too far from Jimbaran and taxis from the hotel are expensive. The hotel rules and conditions are strict but they accept themselves check in the middle of the night and that was very noisy !. Not a thing. Loved everything about this villa. Limited choices for breakfast and drinks, not up to the expectation. The way to the beach- not so far but very unpleasant, better take a taxi ( not expensive-3 $) The breakfast - small choice and could be better especially for kids. food location (far from the beach). Location for a beachholiday. food quality and service at restaurant is poor. Breakfast menu very short and with very few variety... Long way from shops Room was very noisy. Front desk staff is not friendly.
