It is true, nice decorations,luxury hotel,very elegant,friendly staff,organized everything so well,just want to stay there 365 days.Thanks a lot for managers and all people who work there.God Bless all of you!!!. all reviews » Over the last 10 years I have been bringing a lot of business to Mulia Hotel, booked many rooms for our customers etc. Great relationship with the marketing department. . Overall a pleasant stay although it was away from the city. There are 2 malls nearby, 5 mins by taxi. Go to Senayan City, it has more stores and food. Staff, Facilities, etc are very good. However compared to other new and renovated Hotels like Gran Melia, Mulia Senayan is too expensive. The overall quality of the hotel is very high with some excellent restaurants, together with a lively and up market bar / nightclub. The bed is heavenly comfortable! We order Room Service for a continental breakfast, it's simply lovely!. Loved the breakfast Loved the style of the hotel Very friendly staff Lovely comfy beds. The staff are extremely happy and any request is met with an eagerness to help. The whole enviroment,the stuff,and the hospitality. Nice lounge for Cigar and relaxation. Every thin especially the smelling. Staff was great and the location. Service Extraordinaire. interior design. Everything. The hotel located near the best mall and the area is being maintain nicely. The restaurant food served are value for the money. Its fresh and good quality plus tasty. Has varieties and overall ambience is good. Clean ,safe , friendly staff. And nice location. Nothing.May and June I had a very bad experience at CJs bar. I was invited to a family birthday party, and life music entertainment as usual. Bandleader Joseph verbally and physically abused my family. Australian man hit Indonesian woman. And Management don't care! Nini Soehoed. Nothing negative. getting charged for poor speed internet is not anymore a nowadays way of doing where else in other hotels you are getting charged for (like Gran Melia). Being propositioned at the night club, but I'm afraid that's par for the course in just about any Jakarta night club. A lot of Liverpool fans that didnt appear to be staying in the hotel were very noisy and crowded certain areas. N/A. It took me three hours to arrive from the airport by taxi. Nothing. Leaving. pricey. Nothing. Wifi in room has to pay, even for Mulia member. The fact that its business hotel makes it hard to bring little children to stay in the hotel due to the strict rules. Your doorstep security management. Instead of being welcome, we were treated like we are criminals. Our bags and luggage have to open for physical inspection! Infringement of our privacy and more over our luggage's still has the airport security sticker on! Your security personnel do not behave professionally too. Since your hotel behave so paranoid, we would not patronise your hotel anymore. No iron in the room.
