Harris suites is perfect for one or two nights when you are on a business trip or on a city tour. Related on the price (approx 70 Euro) there is no complain. Rooms are spacious, good mattres, nice bathroom with shower and free wifi, minibar, but no room service. In 10th floor there is also a pool, ok to refresh and a gym, quit good. A few engl. TV channels, aircon. Harris is not like a normal Hotel, you have just a small check-in in ground floor, with very friendy and helpfull personnel. The R.

High zone floors provide breathtaking view of CBD Jakarta. Corner room even better, provide 2 angles to CBD. Unique toilet and ample spaces. Good elevator ratio. No cctv service on the front door as I lost my bag in the taxi but could not trace the video of my taking taxi on the front door to get the taxi number. I was check in under 2 name 1 name under my husband name when check out he already pay for the all the extra and when I check out they double charge me for something that we already pay at our 1st check out.Actualy they already ask, since they ask then I didnt check the bill again.later on I realized that I double pay. Breakfast not included :). Slow Internet, n not so good towels,. no breakfast. Nothing. No breakfast. For no breakfast the room is a bit pricey. No dedicated lobby (hotel lobby combined with fx mall entrance). Poor staff ratio during peak season. A bit hassle to go to basement for access to parking lot. SPA is not possible which is quite strange for an Indonesian hotel. Elevators were slow. Chair was not comfortable, had to use towels to sit for more than a few minutes. Wifi connection was very poor and speed was about 50k, about the same as a fast POTS line. a bit noisy, aircon very noisy, internet slow, no bath tub, no room service. The lobby and reception counter does not comfort at all look like an apartment.... Shower room - there was no proper shower head. There was only a hand shower which I used. Pressing services - very poor. I had to press my shirts and trousers again. Toilet seats - did not have a hand spray/bidet facilities which asians require. Air-con was noisy Towels were not very clean wash basin was small. too crowded and noisy.
