The staff were excellent, truly made our stay comfortable. The place is clean but has signs of deterioration. It definitely is value for money in Jakarta. However, next time due to the horrendous traffic in Jakarta I would recommend a more central location. brikfast good 4 all nationalatis .hot water at bath room.but neded hair drair and bath ..roob .kitchen ok but need to repair.all staff frindly an helpfull.

Great location for Ancol Theme Park and Mangga 2 shopping. spacious room with complete facilities and near ancol. every single thing I liked my staing was perfect. helpful staffs great location reasonable price. The room is spacious and value for money. The room has no bathtub though, only a shower space. Breakfast is nice and delicious, although particulary on weekend and school holiday, it can get crowded, to the extent we have to queue waiting for an empty table. I liked the friendly and helpful staff. I liked the tiny pantry that I had in the one bedroom, helped me to prepare light food for the kids. location is surely spectacular , all needs are quite around u. Tv channel was not clear and of cse not HD!!. traffic is so bad near here. AC was a bit noisy toilet flush was broken. The 21% service charge on everything. Bad network internet at some floors and bad breakfast !. Elevator some times is bussy. unclean floors using keys in elevators. breakfast service. Staff not so friendly. The check in and check out take time. The alevator only one was working. Athere one was out of sarves. takes too long time to check in and out! the location is really bad. The location, although is near Dufan, but it isn't a walking-distance-near. You still have to take a mode of transport (either taxi,shuttle bus offered by the hotel,car, ore motorcycle taxi-red:ojek). I didn't like the long queue in check-in process. The staff is not friendly. While waiting for the cab they will let the female customer take the cab. Price was to high combined to food, lots of the menucard was not availble. Price of the food was to high, small plate with poor amount of food. Price for airportshuttle was to much overdone. staff dealing very bad. It was dingy and dirty. The bad attituet of the staff. - air con in the room was not working well - long queuing in check out time - escalator was not full operate in the morning, so long waiting. - door man is not helpful - breakfast place is crowded. التكييف سيء فندق اقل من عادي الديكور سيء الفطور اقل من عادي. check out system is very poor and slow, funture is been used to the maximum,. I didnt the service n staff not frendly at all.never go back to that hotel.i will never recomend that hotel. -The bathroom water sink was stuffed up. so the water couldn't flow properly. - We had to ask for the hot watter to be set up. It wasn't set up automatically. So we had to use cold water on day one. - The WiFi connection was very poor, didn't get connected the whole time. -The breakfast was not a qood,quality food. -Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Old dirty stinky rooms and furniture, old and noisy AC, very poor breakfast , very very bad value for money, they demanded a 100$ as deposit and paying the whole amount at check in, their minibar didn't have more than 2 types of soft drinks with 2 cans each !!!!! I would never go back their and I would never recommend it to any of my friends. Small restaurant with full visitor, very little menu for main course, only lots of bread with many variety, forbidden hotel sandal to restaurant, very small sofa at room, poor Internet access, with ghost appeared at night, expensive in-room-dining but not delicous one, bad microwave make my pizza very dried instead of heated. The service from hotel 's staff was not friendly, dirty towel and bed sheet, poor kitchen appliance and air conditioner. The location, the dirt.
