I like almost every single thing in the hotel. Especially their Breakfast. It was simply Delicious. Thumbs Up to the Chef who prepare the Breakfast daily. Fresh Guava n Orange juice daily...keep up the Good Service when they render full help by helping to call Domino's Pizza delivery service for Me & Hubby. Really go all out to provide Good Service. Room is spacious. Very peaceful atmosphere with less crowd and relax feeling. Last but not least really Value for $$ boutique hotel.
all reviews » It was amazing. Everything was so good. The hotel located a bit far from town but very near with the airport. Very quite place especially in the morning and nightime. The food was just nice and not so expensive if you want to call for room service for lunch and dinner. The hotel premises were clean and neat. The front officers are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average but good enough to start the day. My kids were happy to stay here. I need extra effort to get dining as food centers are far from the hotel. Location is convenient, hotel staff is friendly and helpful, room is clean, the environment of the hotel is quiet and very comfortable, will definitely introduce to other friends of mine. Room is modern design, clean & comfortable. Free wifi. Pleasing environment with garden concept. Breakfast varieties change everyday. Better than stay a hotel indeed. The ambience of the hotel was well thought through: an old world european theme that was convincing and not tacky. The central courtyard and lobby area were relaxing. I like the children playground. Although it is a small playground but the children like it. The washing machine is very handy. Quiet place, comfortable, good food, easy for toll way access, overall is good for family in travelling. The staff-very helpful Room- cleanliness Ambience - like home. furniture here is very classic and a very nice place to stay. The breakfast offering was a small spread and some dishes were cold. living room in the family suite without AC. very limited cable TV, only news and V Channel and local TV, no HBO, no disney and another attractive channel. None. Location - a bit far from attraction in Bandung. staff which is duty at night is not helpful. space behind central court yard shold be more cleaned up, unused chaired should be restore somewhere. - Staff not so helpful when we ask for iron, universal adapter etc - water heater not function really well - extra bed not good. water pipe is smalling. Breakfast is a same menu, daily change is much better. the place is quite far from the town where the main attractions are located. spend quite some time and money for the transportation. Very unfriendly staff. I don't think they speak English. No dinner at the hotel. Restaurants not close. Mobile phone is not workable inside the hotel. Restaurant is not so available in the hotel. The TV program is mostly local, few international channels are not popular channels, not suitable for international traveller and people who cares for international affairs. Breakfast less variation..dreadful taste. Room near the entrance, kitchen..quite noisy. Wifi service in the room is poor. The bigger room is better. No lift for second floor. the cellular and wifi networks are almost non existants. Location and distance to city centre. Poor quality of internet strength No view from window.
