It is located directly next to a mall by link The interior decor is funky and cheery. Everything seems new. The staff at counter, Fredy, Olin and Mali , are able english speakers and very friendly. They go out to answer our enquiries. King sized Bed and the massage facility is good and cheap

The Shower area is small , and the shower door cannot be closed.

I like the warmth feeling in the hotel...the room is very cozy...the staffs were friendly & efficient..they immediately attended to my requests.. I also like the convinience of the hotel being situated beside a shopping mall..

The shower head in the bathroom which let out only a small amount of water thus taking a much longer time to shower.. The in-house music along the room corridor was abit loud..it will be better if it can be lowered down so it will sound more pleasant...

Kamar hotel bersih, harga terjangkau dan langsung terhubung ke mall & lotte mart, memudahkan kalau mau belanja.

Parkir mobil not free, dan jangan lupa harus minta voucher parking ke petugas hotel (bayar Rp.10.000 Selama menginap di hotel), kalau tidak akan dikenakan secure parking charge regular (rate mall).

It's affordable enough as compared to other equal hotels.

We got the smoking rooms, as our family members do not smoke at all. It was a bit uncomfortable for us because it smelled really bad.

Good price, near shopping mall

When we ask for free parking the staff ask us to pay a day parking. I got free after I said that at the web site stated free parking

The fact that it is connected to Festival Citylink makes our trip easier to find decent food, entertainment and also nearest to airport.

It is quite far from city and shopping attractions.

Staff hotel not friendly some of them kind of rude. When I make a booking they said they provide a free parking which is actually not. The wi fi connection very bad and you have to be extra passion when using the elevator as it very slow

Plain hotel with normal facilities..nothing extra ordinary that i can say that i like...plain normal

No free parking Fruit juice bar should improve quality of drinks.. No promotional package with local attractions like the trans studio n local attractions
