The staffs are very nice and helpful, the facility is clean and shops within facility is helpfull, if u forgot something. Btw rumah mode is the best factory outlet. nice hotel, nice view, nice food, everything is nice here...room is big enough for us. I like the eco-washer, so convenient. Spacious room, microwave, the hot pool. Spacious room with sofa bed and kitchenette provided in it.

As it is maybe on weekend time, the breakfast is too crowded. If u are during business trip or would like to have your me time and relaxed breakfast, it is unfortunatelly too loud. The hotel only provide one medium towel per guest. parking lot is very small. Only 1 bad experience.my daughter vomitted during breakfast, but the staff collecting the plates just looked and went away. Inconvenience elevator since we have to change elevator from basement to lobby and lobby to room. Cleanliness of the room amenities esp the bedsheet and blanket shoud have more attention. Small bathroom No proper toileteries Low pressure shower Ruin towel. the bathroom/toilet accesories and condition are old and in dire need for upgrading. Maintenance can be better. there are no wifi inside the room. Small bathroom. There is no security access to desired floors via lif to hotel rooms.Anyone can use the lif. Playground untuk anak anak. nothing. No wifi in rooms. The water pressure in the room is not good. To low and u cant take a proper shower. Wall & door was too thin so we could hear people talking or walking by. Because the hotel jaut renovation, the water it's not so clear..... The doorman and Bell boy need to be improved. (Is not bad) Linen bed sheet is look likes bought from second hand shop, a lot marking and worn out. It`s too old !. Arrived at 1 pm with baby & toddlers, check in time 2 pm, but until 3 pm we still couldn't have a room. Finally got another room different from what we ordered. No compensation at all. Breakfast very crowded, didn't serve well. We request for a room with king bed, and confirmed by their hotel staff via email. However, what we get was two single bed which was joint with a large king size with bed linen?! Please do not offer a king size bed if you don't have any!!. We did not notice between the condotel and deluxe room, we stayed at deluxe room which wa an old room in the old tower, the two beds has different level of softness. Bathroom is a bit small for such a spacious bedroom; and the front desk staff/cashiers were too slow in processing the payment/checking-in and out. No wi-fi in the rooms, service at the reception should be improved - doesnt match the class of the hotel. The renovated rooms are ok but some are tool old. Bathroom wasnt so clean. Bathroom to small. Dilapidated floor boards, torn bed sheet, frayed towels, yellowed shower curtains, electrical socket that's about to fall-off, no small towels & hair dryer provided, no proper boxed tissue in the room. Booked a condotel room but they gave us old crappy room. The sink broke. Old furniture. Ordered an extra towel, never came. Hard to reach the room service. Useless phone couldn't dial anything! Far from anywhere. Very Noise! i stay at top floor at night the motor sound very noise..hold night i can't sleep..room very old, Top floor(9th) no internet (wifi/lan). lobby a lot of ppl smoking there. hot water didn't work, old beds and furnitures, had to pay with cash since there was a problem with their credit card machine. I had unpleasant service here. The towel was not in the bathroom, and there were ticking sound, which I didnt know where it came from in the room, makes a noise and I could not sleep. I prefer to stay at another hotel. Noisy (we can hear voices from the road and near train rail), minimum facility, not worthed for the price we pay, the room and also the bed are small. furniture old, carpet very dirty bath room equipment unuseable this call 4star hotel ! you must be joking.
