I was booking Deluxe Room for 1 night. When I checked in, the Deluxe Room was full and the staff took the responsibility by upgrading our room into Executive Room with the same price for Deluxe. I really appreciate the staff & management's professionalism regarding this. The room & bed were big, comfy, & clean. It is a very pleasant hôtel. We have bien there for pour honey moon, and had a very delicate attention from the hôtel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
