This time is my second time wif my family staying at amarosa. We like it because we love the ambience of the hotel, near to the shopping arcade, variations of breakfast menu and the location quite Far from the trafic. The friendly and helpful staff who had been most accomodative. Like the lady restaurant receptionist who has the sweetest manner and helpfulness. Our group had great evening everynight.

I was really grateful. the room is pretty nice, worth the price. the staffs are really helpful and friendly. strategic location. free valet parking. Lovely breakfast included in the price, pleasant staff. Six of us stayed there for 3 nights. Upgraded room from deluxe to junior suite, make my family feel more comfortable. Overall room is OK Overall stay was OK. Location. A small and not enough parking area..specially in the weekend. A thumping sound throughout the night on my first night that robbed my sleep. The hotel changed my room to one floor below and it helped somewhat. slow room cleaning(up to 3 pm), dark and dimmed hallway. Unfortunately the central airconditioner broke down and we had to make do with makeshift portable aircon units. Worked OK, but not cold enough. Fortunately Bandung is cool. Check if the central system is fixed yet. None. The bath towel is small for such nice room. Room is not noise proof Body massage/Spa is only available in room. Massage - in room - left stains on my bed and the lady was coughing, sneezing and sniffling all over me. central aircon was spoiled when we were there so staff put a split unit in the room but need to leave the windows ajar for the pipe. The Food, not so tasty for Indonesian. Parking lot. Cannot use wifi in the room. It took us almost 3 hrs to get both our rooms after checking in. Check in at 12 plus local time. Only to ask to come back at ard 2 plus. We came back to hotel ard 3 plus, still our rooms are not ready. Disappointed with the service. The centralize air-con were down. They use a single unit air-con instead. Interiors are too dark. small swimming pool, window room seal broken room 501 loud sound from the stree, breakfast by street side for smoking area,. The hotel theme too dark n look likes spooky. Not suitable for family with young children. The carpark was extremely small and difficult. The room was a bit dark, more lighting would be nice. There is no towel when I was enter the room. The reception promised to send immediately but after I called three times and angry then the towel sent to my room. Since the hotel was a family hotel and not a big hotel, better did not use for wedding party. It makes uncomfortable situation because too noisy. Minus facilities. The Internet policy for connection is annoying. No printer. Some hotel accept credit card before arrival, some hotel have to pay cash at the hotel itself..but this hotel need cash before check-in. which I really don't trust. because the feeling of 'anxiety' is there -prior to arrival. Travel agent chose for me..unfortunately..many bad things happen at this hotel such as malfunction key room. the staff is not friendly except valet parking is very helpful. Pricey, not facilitate by new furniture, the shower have problems since day one. My wife told me with that rate, we could stay in the Hilton. We travel with little children but they put us on a SMOKING floor, I have to put the towel under the door so the smell wouldnt enter our room. The wifi was a bit hit and miss Aircon needs some attention/maintenance bathroom a bit small, but adequate. No free wifi at room.
