All staff are very helpful, the room in clean, near to Masjid Raya Baitulrahman (about 10-15minutes walking), near to the famous 'must try' food stall in Banda Aceh; Mie Razali, Sate Matang. Surrounding area good and easily to get food. Friendly and helpful staff. we only can get the internet connection in the lobby. Wifi coverage very poor. Leaking air- cond water from the ceiling and dirty wall/floor corners which means overall maintenance of the premise is bad.
