  It was a nice hotel in a good location. Staff very attentive and good service. I liked the waiters brining water by the beach chairs automactially, that was a nice touch. - Staff friendly and excellent service. Great response for requests. Wonderful room size and design. Strategic location. Spectacular view and facilities.

  Staff were generally great and very friendly. Arif (Manager) was excellent...he fixed our problems straight away...(it shouldn't have needed escalation to him to sort things out though!) Rooms are very comfortable (we had a Deluxe) Grounds are immaculately kept and stunning. Location is good and security is excellent. Breakfast buffet is extensive... what people say » in choice of different foods. Also great quality. - Beach side villa we stayed in was amazing. Private pool, Butler service, breakfast in the room everyday. Villa and pool spotless everyday. The hotel staff could not do enough for us. They were so friendly and attentive. We live in Dubai with so many top hotels but the staff here beats anywhere in Dubai. We have already recommended this hotel to everyone.

  Highly recommanded Le Jardin Villa! I think I will go back there again. The service and facility are great. I spent a nice vacation there. Originally I was afraid of the mosquito problem, however, when I went there, I found it's just a OK problem and staff there did try their best to prepare all the mosquito repellants and checked 1-2 times a day.... what people say » :) Otherwise everything is great! - With this being our first trip to Bali, we were pleasantly surprised. The villas were very private, huge open spaces and the pool just so very relaxing. We made use of the spa and massage facilities almost daily. Everything is so close and walking distance or at time we availed ourselves of the shuttle bus to our respective destinations........highly recommended.....

  Absolutely loved the location. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the fact that is was a small, boutique style property. Lovely to see the ocean from your room balcony and great view from restaurant. Rooms were larger than average hotel room. Close to many restaurants and shops. Fantastic value for money. - I love my stay in this... what people say » hotel where I spend 4 nights! Amazing staff, the spa is really nice for full body massage. Close to Bali collection where you can find good restaurants and go to prada for massage. The beach in the hotel is small but nice and you can find all watersport. I really recommand :-)

  Loved the location right in the heart of Siminyak. the villa was clean at all times had house keeping came in every day which I didn't expect. Had breakfast made every morning by a lovely guy. The pool was lovely and cool and I thought with the heat the pool may be warm but refreshing every swim and even stayed in till the wee hours of the morning... what people say » .   The service was impeccable ! The staff are friendly well trained and groomed and anticipated your every need . The suites are large and comforable with great views of the ocean . The sound of the ocean was incredible . Great location to Seminyak markets and shops . Short walks to restaurants via the beach . It was 5 nights we won't forget ! - The staff were uniformly terrific - very helpful, courteous and considerate - from the service desk to the waiting staff. The location is outstanding with the capacity to lounge on but above the beach so enjoying the beachside experience but avoiding the hassle of the peddlars. The facilities beachside and in the room are also top class.
