  We had the most wonderful experience at the hotel. We arrived early one morning (8.30am) and were escorted to our room; asked for a late check out the next day and once again, they obliged. We loved the fact t - The hotel was beautifully decorated, the rooms were spacious and well equipped. We booked ourselves in for a massage which was very good although at £35 for an hour - quite expensive. Staff were friendly and helpful although probably a little too imposing. The pool looked lovely although it was too cold when we visited to actually swim in it. The room had a a view of the Taj Mahal.

  Excellent hotel for the price. The location is awesome. You can buy the Tickets to the taj at the reception and they can arrange for the shuttle to stop at the hotel for going to the Taj Mahal. We had 3 rooms to us and as my mother was old, we had asked for a late checkout for one of the rooms and they politely accepted our reques - Reception was good. Mr. Anand was very helpful. The room was nice and clean. The location was perfect for visit to Taj Mahal. Food was good but could improve. The roof top was a nice place to hangout. The swimming pool looked very nice but I couldn't use it since water was too cold. Will definitely go back whenever possible. All in all was a good experience. I would recommend this hotel to all.

Agra fort is really close too (about 10 mins cab ride) the hotel had a cafe and restaurant which was the cleanest I've seen in The nearby areas. - I personally felt like it is located very near to taj and is more secured and the facilities available there are really good and maintained well.
