Our stay at the Ascot Hotel was wonderful although we only stayed for a day but the staff made it as comfortable as it could be. The breakfast was basic and tasty. The room was very clean. The staff were very attentive. At the dinner buffet, they sensed I skipped the soup as I didn't like what was on offer. On their own, they checked my preference and specially dished out my favourite soup! Excellent personalized service!
