  The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. There were so many personal touches that it is is impossible to mention them all! Location is fantastic for the sea, restaurants, colaba etc. the room was in pristine condition with many complimentaries on arrival. Reception staff were very helpful and nothing was too much ... what people say » trouble. There is also a pool and spa facilities which I unfortunately did not gt the chance to try. I would 100% recommend the Trident! - This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, the best service I've had from a hotel in years. The rooms were immaculate, equipped with all comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a big hug every time I lay down! Swimming pool area was also very nice and the views from both sides of the hotel are lovely. Would highly recommend a stay here in Mumbai.

  I like the Taj hospitality especially the healthclub staff member Deepak who went out of his way to give me a few good tips on my regime. - Breakfast was awesome. A good organized Gym and staff was very responsive and clear in their communication.

  Exccellent quality hotel, stayed in a deluxe (superior) room, all brand new and good facilities (gym, roof pool) and especially the restaurant was great with fine decor and friendly serviceminded staff.   To be honest I really like this hotel was nice staying there staff were amazining, we even went to Taj Mahal but my son is 3 years and half he did not like it he kept asking to go back to Taj Lands end he really like it and he had good time, special when he fell and hit his mouth on floor the staff come all over to our room asking how his doing an... what people say » d as well helped us calling Dr but he was ok thank God. I really enjoyed staying Taj - Upon arrival at the hotel to attend a conference, I was upgraded to a luxury suite which was awesome! Great view. My luggage arrived a day behind my arrival and when it did arrive, the handle was not working. The staff at the Taj Lands End were incredibly helpful to ease my stress and offered to have the baggage fixed the same day. I never considered staying at the Taj until now; 100% perfection.
