  Everything! The place is fantastic with great service and extremely professional attitude of hotel staff. We stayed in Room 616 and it had city view- right from entering the room, we were really WOWed by the decor and comfort of the room. 5 star service and that too for under 30k INR incl taxes n breakfast for 3 nights. To say the least, food was awesome and the spread was fabulous from Indian t - The hotel was great, food delicious and in wide selection from local to continental food. Rooms are very well furnished and clean. I appreciated the thorough security checks at the entry.

  The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home and well taken care of. the level of care and attention was over the top. however, the actual hotel needs upgrades in systems operation, e.g. the elevators. i did not like the fact that i could not open the window, either.// the business centre is okay and the staff there are super great,... what people say » but in fact you must pay a hefty fee per hour to use the internet and it's quite expensive to use it in your room, as well. the hotel should listen - Wonderfull experience: a very professional, high end approach but with a fun and humorous twist. First time ever I felt so welcomed and appreciated as a guest. Small but important wishes and desires were remembered and taken care of (food allergies, preference for breakfast, room temperature, preferred cushion).

  Waouw!!!!! Superbly superb. I am used to go to Bombay but it was the first time I stayed at Four Seasons, because I knew their excellent roof-top bar; AER. It is really perfection. It's a five-star hotel but really the best I've visited till now. India, and mainly Bombay, knows how to welcome guests but this was AWESOME! The staff is really pe... what people say » rfect, even more than perfect. - The manager is always responsive and available to help out especially with difficult scheduling etc. Staff at every level are friendly, always look up and acknowledge customers, always making us feel that they appreciate our business.

  The location is brilliant, right on the coast with amazing views down Marine Drive. Easily walkable to sights of Mumbai and India Gate with places to eat nearby. Internet was a cost but reasonably (100Rs an hour) and the room has satellite tv. Staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. (They also knew to give us Westnerners toile... what people say » t paper). The room was a good size and it had a safe. The reception staff were very accommodating, letting us check in early when we got off the nig - Quick check-in, friendly staff and service. Rooms are clean and livable though not luxurious but for the money in Churchgate area is excellent value. Will recommend friends. If more items are on breakfast meny, like south Indian dishes will be great!

  The room was clean, and we could check out late (1pm). Because our flight was only on 1am in the morning, the staff offered a free locker for our luggage and gave us a room that night so we could take a quick shower and change clothes. Excellent service! - good , dorm clean quiet good storage place easy location

  Close to airport. The pick and drop you as well to the airport. The owner and staff are helpfull and friendly. The room was clean and the hotel is in a quiet street so you don't hear Mumbai madness. - Accessibility to the terminals at Bombay airport was great, perfect for later international arrival with domestic departure next day.
