Nearer to metro station, eating joints, ho-ho buses. Excellent location yet peaceful. good hotel to stay with family. they are arraning taxi at cheaper rate and safe. Pleasant decor, courteous staff, food was good but could be better. Hospitality of the staff and cleanliness. The food Was excellent. The food was excellent, The staff was very helpfull.

No health faucet in the toilet - at least not on the floor I was..:(. the toilet was small. The towels Were not bright. Facilities are bit dated. Rooms are too small With wifi (which is of additional cost) you can use only ONE device!! You have to always put "don't disturb" notice on the back of your door although you might still get phonecalls from the staff)))). Some kind of underconstruction on our floor (every day over all day). Every 10min staff phone was calling just close to our room's door. To expensive for the quality we have gotten. Finally we have to pay extra taxes, around 80% of the value of the price from letsbookhotel.com (sick!!). When I was there last time it was much better, aslso taxes were much lower!. This time I'm disappointed!!. No free wifi (they charge £2 an hour). Very poor laundry, dirty towels and bed sheets.Bathroom very small and ill equipped for the tariff. 2.5/10 rating. dirty rooms,old furniture,small room and toilet moreover a smelly toilet. rooms were not clean. management was not helpful. The room was fairly clean when I checked in but the next morning I find lots of little worms on the tea-coffee cabinet. I asked the reception to change my room and they did but it wasn't a good memory. not worth the money, cleanliness of toilet, toilet and bathroom fittings, small rooms, a feeling of unconfirtness. Music is too loud from the bar. Rooms are not sound proof. drinking water was not avileble in room.no tooth brush no sleepr. they give water bottles after 3hr.from check inn. room attached to stears so very noice. network problem in room for moblie. very poor ventilation. as per the standard and quality the prices are quite steep. the room price paid was not worth. Awful smell of stale unclean carpets Unclean spotty bed sheets TV that did not work The interiors were jaded , poor quality and the room was small. All in all a total waste of money. Well, bedroom was too small and dirty. It is too small space for the money you pays. Bed sheets and towels are too old and dirty. Under the beds I noticed that there was a cotton type of dirt gathering everywhere... Offf it was disgusting...... I can't recommend this hotel to anyone... The Manager was rude, with a lot of arrogance. Its not a 4 star from any corner. The toiletries were not replaced, infact the same were kept. The Bathroon were too small for a four star. overall it was a very bad experience staying with them; beginning with \, they couldnt locate my booking for almost 2 hours and they put me in some dingy room and their roomservice was pathetic. The money i paid for my stay was a complete waste and i think if i would have stayed at a guest house in pahadganj i would have paid one firth of what i paid to them and i would have had a comfortable stay. please do not allot them 5 stars as they arent worth even a single star. No beverages or snacks in provided mini Bar Fridge inside room,Lack of comfort in room and Washroom.Dirty Sofa chairs inside Room.Small screen TV,Rude behavior of Staff as asked 100% payment including taxes upfront before entering room,No complimentary even one drinking water bottle in room. worst experience, hotel does not value the customer, room was like a cage, not at all comfortable.
