Everything! The place is fantastic with great service and extremely professional attitude of hotel staff. We stayed in Room 616 and it had city view- right from entering the room, we were really WOWed by the decor and comfort of the room. 5 star service and that too for under 30k INR incl taxes n breakfast for 3 nights. The Pondicherry Cafe has an All Day dining and we had our breakfasts every day ( included in price). To say the least, food was awesome and the spread was fabulous from Indian t.

I appreciated the thorough security checks at the entry. The hotel is new, opened in august 12. It is very modern . For vacation , is a bit far from the turist area. Stayed in a Club Floor room. Too far from shopping malls etc. Location is not the best. The hotel is a five star hotel but it is very far from South Mumbai. The hotel is about a year old but the quality of the workmanship of certain things is poor. The electrics didn't work properly and the plug sockets were temperamental. The hotel did facilitate a change of room which was better. In there brochure they advertise a manicure/pedicure service, but it is not actually offered at hotel. I was very dissapointed they didn't have this service or offer a alternate location for this service. The location. Difficult to commute and far from most businesses in the city. However, relatively close to the airport. If you are there for holidays the location is a little out of the way, but a cheap driver (the hotel drivers are not cheap) can get you everywhere. Food was very chili. I was not impressed with my first visit to Mumbai. Nothing really to complain about. just a bit in the middle of nothing. Room was 19 degrees when we arrived - freezing!. Nothing. I wished there were some more recreation facilities. Pool and lobby are very small. Pool small for five star hotel. They say that naan garlic bread is standard black and burned... strange... Breakfast can be better. .. Choice of fruits was very poor and taste of South Indian vegetarian dishes was not tasty or right . I cannot elaborate exactly what the problem is but pretty tasteless stuff. Replenishment of bathroom soap gel etc. Food Very less veg food Test was also a bit concern Food is over priced as compared to other hotels. Too much security checks. Spa and where it is located in the hotel & there is no contolred by the staff. the prices at the restaurants are so not worth it. The deserts were stale. - Staff unorganized: told some colleagues that I cancled my booking and did not check in) Did not let enter friends at the gate to pick me up -> I wait for them Impossible to have guest at the pool or against 17euros... Remove acces to internet (paid) after check out wheras I still having my breakfast => service is not at 5 star stabdard. Staff seemed inexperienced on the front desk/ room requests as compared with other places. Outragous poor service, overbooked and complete lack of hospitailty , the worst experience ever in my 50 years of travelling.
