Very disappointed to find no broadband in the hotel as this was one ofthe main reasons the hotel was chosen.When booking we paid extra moneyfor double beds ,originally given a double bed and when explained aboutthe booking were then given room with two beds but were charged again asingle beds premium on final bill.Found the advertising very deceiving,both my partner and I were disappointed. all reviews »
NIL. No confirmation of my reservation had been received by the hotel frombooking.com. Luckily a room was available.i paid by my credit card andhope that as I had given my credit card details to booking.com and hopeI am not double charged. Why was no confirmation of my reservationreceived by the hotel??. The deceiving advertising of facilities in hotel.No internet connection. Water from shower is very slow.
