I had one day transit at Mumbai. I was picked up from domestic terminal by hotel car. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was basic but nice. I had poori, idli and vadai. There was also omelette, cereals, toast etc.,. Complementary airport pickup and drop-off. Close location to the airport. Recommended as transit hotel for BOM airport. Staff very nice and supportive. Room is clean and very close to the domestic airport with free drop off. Very nice.

WiFI is a bit difficult, loads of help though and I just hat paying for wifi, it costs nothing afterall. Breakfast is adequate, but same every day. The window in my room did not close completely, so there was no sound insulation. The breakfast should have some more variety. They advertised a mini bar on letsbookhotel.com There was actually no alcohol stocked, sold or served at this hotel. No hot water, even though hot water is also advertised. Staff hung round and even asked for tips. The money exchange facility was ridiculously expensive. Lot of abdication of responsibilities, & particularly Sh.Salim in their front office was in a league by himself in this area. Any service in the hotel required followup more than twice. food quality was not that good. the single room was too conjusted. The hotel charged twice -. Once- beforehand by unauthorized transaction without my IPIN and second time while checking out . This is against your agreement . When I will get back one charge ?. Not yet all clean. Did not think even they change need sheets with ever new occupent: (. They promised to pick me up at the airport which they did not do, staff very Indian meaning everything was a problem.....check in, breakfast, payment ... 1. My booking done thru letsbookhotel.com was not recieved by at the time of my arrival. 2. They gave me non-aircondition room 3. Hot water not available 4. While check out, they charged me the rate as per letsbookhotel.com where I was not given a airconditioned room nor was given any discount. Run down, tiny rooms, everything is VERY basic.
