I really much enjoyed the stay at this guesthouse, the service was excellent, staff friendly and polite and helpful. It is the best place to stay when u want to be close to shoping and Kolkata city center and later get quiet, peace and relaxaition in your hotel room. Will defenetly visit this guesthouse again when in Kolkata. Quality is best European hotel level. 1) The staff is very cooperative. 2) They arrange for any thing you ask very quickly. 3) Food quality is good and tasty. 4) Internet connection is fast. 5)Good place for families too. 6) ~80 Rs. by Taxi (Rs. 20/- share rick) to closest Metro Station and so you can go very fast to main city. 7) Very peaceful surroundings.

The location was in a very pleasant residential area that wasn't far from banks, shops and a metro station. I felt like at home. The staff was friendly and the runner of the hotel was very helpfull and so friendly. The district the hotel places is silent and secure. My 2nd stay in this hotel and i was very pleased like the last time. Only problem was getting the internet connection to ur room. The staff were very helpful and the facilities were excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again. The professional approach of the staff. The food quality and rates. General behaviour of everybody. The room and the bathroom were clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. Super nice room, quiet and clean area. Breakfast was generous enough. Very clean room. room was decent size and breakfast was good. Clean and tidy. I rekommend it. Very good!. friendly. When we checked-out we told them that our flight did not leave until midnight. They immediately offered us a room for the day - free of charge!. 1) There was a marriage party staying for one noon and they were pretty noisy ! 2) Amenities are just sufficient for Indians, Foreigners need to go to City Center and get certain things if needed. 3) Mosquitoes !!!. It was a little hard to find. Nothing. Everything satisfied me. Poor internet conection. it was all fine. nothing bad actually. It took about one and a half hours to prepare dinner - you have to plan ahead. Location. There is no metro station next to Central Park (maybe in 10 years), so do not trust GMaps. You can ride the bus 215 to the train station and jump out around the city center. We ordered a taxi at a certain time. The arrangement was not made. When we starting to ask when the taxi was coming there was nobody available that could speak english. It's in a suburban area. No restaurants or food nearby. We got a bit of stomach problem after ordering food grom their restaurant. Seems more a hotel for Indian business travellers in stead of foreign tourist. Make sure you get clear directions. It took our taxi from the train station close to am hour to find it.
