  125 years old family owned Haveli which is converted into hotel since last 4 years. You can experience it right in the middle of modern buildings being built in Jodhpur. We spent holi festival in the hotel and the owner of the hotel with his family - A superb hotel. They were very helpful and friendly. The house is an historical building and nice renewed, the bathroom- facilities are new and in a very good condition. The location was for us very good, because directly in the center it is to loud and too busy, but not at this location. We thank you very much for the Help, we got, especially, that we could travel, fresh and relaxed even before and after using the night-trains.

  I stayed 2 nights 15 th and 16 th dec-2013 at vivanta taj , my stay was wonderful, starting from check in to room service, breakfast and above all , staff were so polite and friendly. I would definitely come again to visit and love to recommend every one and at last I got nice souvenir from hotel while che king out!!! Very personal and considerate. They also prepared a surprise for us since we were on our honeymoon. Very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

  As the title explains..it's basic, has fairly modern rooms..with either split or window AC's and tv's. The rooftop has a splendid view of the Mehrangarh fort. The front rooms get a direct view of the fort and also a small pond in front, which although is filled with litter, also has some birds that come visiting (we got to see black ducks and some... what people say » parrots). Although located in the heart of the old city..the area has an old world charm to it, with a splash of village life (hint:lots of cows;-)) - This is a family run, very pleasant hotel. The rooms are clean and from the lake side have a great view. Roof top restaurant has a fantastic view of the fort and the city - the best one we've seen there anyway. Great service, good food, away from the crowds, but walking distance to wherever you want to get to in Jodhpur. Highly recommended!
