Initially I had the problem from the hotel side of making me book twice for room due to confusion regarding check-in check out timing later they demanded me to pay for both later I had tough time explaining the matter but at the end they wave off the money, so thanks for that but it could ve been solved in a better way , I had to exert myself in explaining things to many ppl over phone, anyways thanks ! Hotel Is a very nice good food comfort at good price!.

They'll go out of the way to make small gestures so as to ensure a pleasant stay for the guests. Also the concept of having a theme buffet everyday evening is a nice thing - and the quality of the food was also great. Could be more luxurious. telephone service. travels desk fares are very high. crowded entrance. Over crowded. Nothing. at reception she asked for 3000 cash deposit , inspite she had my credit card . why it pinched me. There was very fine dust on working table, bedside table etc. I told this last time. I found the same thing this time also. threat of the booking clerk that i would be vacated from that room any time later. I arrived at 5 am, and even if I payed for the night before ut took half hour to get the room. Poor services, twin bed room given for couple without informing at check in, breakfast buffet was very mediocre. Room AC not at all effective, not improved even after complaint. Nothing you could think of.
