The location of the hotel is ideal for shopping its in the middle of shopping area and accessible to other areas. Very clean and quite rooms. I would stay again in this hotel. The staff's was very helpful and friendly. The hotel located at the heart of shopping in Chennai and easy access to all destination within Chennai. Nice to stay at BKR due to walkable distance for shopping and train facilities. Staffs are polite & helpful.

Having to pay for the internet and then finding out that it did not work on the 3rd floor. My money was returned. regular cleaning to be done. specially bath room. Wifi facility was not available in the room. My request to get it fixed was not met promptly. I had to resort to get to the business centre. I am sure the guests do not mind paying a bit more for wifi access. Bad receptionist... takes time to answer phone calls (to reception). I suggest the staff manning the reception to answer the calls immediately or within 4 dial tones. Could have better cleaned/non stained bedsheets/covers.Complimentary coffee/tea and hot water facilities.a small iron would have helped the guests. Closing the restuarant quiet early. Most of the time need to go in search of a place for the dinner. According to the booking details I can stay upto 6pm on 7thof july. But they chaged me 1 more night payment from me. I shown my booking details and argued with them they were not accepted. Finally I paid I more night charges for both room. They were mention that letsbookhotel.com always mentioning the check out time is 6pm for their hotel bookings. Pls make contact with the hotel and clarify it. Its unfair for me. facilities are too less for the cost billing is very slow lobby does not have enough staff to attend to customers food is expensive. area surrounded not clean, and not hygienic. Very bad response from staff. I felt like sleeping inside a toilet.Very bad bed ,blankets,towels, bathroom. I canellled my stay and moved to nearby hotel and found less charge and good room.BKR is Not worth for the money paid. For the same amount, I will get 4 star hotel stay with very hygiene and clean decent stay in AbuDhabi, Dubai. tab water is very bad we compliance but still bad water it like brown we order extra bed they dint give pillow when I ask staff sad pillow run oud. The room was bad, bathroom was horrible,shower tap was broken and no hot water. We reached at 11.45 pm and were told that food was not available and had to order from outside paying exorbitant amount.
