Welcome was very warm and service was prompt and friendly. Hot english food though was good but a bit more varieties need to be taken care of. Mr Aris and Rais were very very gentle nd plote and very helpful and so Nitin in Buffett hall. Deserves higher rating, we enjoyed this hotel - upgraded to room with view of Taj. Very good location - walking distance to Taj Mahal, and central between Agra's main railway stations. Excellent buffet dinner arrangement.
