  It's a great place! We've been pleasantly surprised with a great atmosphere and nice desigh of all the interiors. It's a very good place to stay if you want to visit the West Iceland and it's close enough to Reykjavik. Beds are super comfortable - you never want to get up :) In the bathroom there is everything you need and it's all very clean and ... what people say » good looking! There is an opportunity of horse riding - one of the hotel owners has horses , but unfortunately we didn't have time to try it. Place is - We, me and my husband went there to relax and go away, to get peace and silence that only the countryside of Iceland (out of Reykjavík) can give, and we were not disappointed. This is a great place to relax and then go visit around, and that is enough to see. We give Staðarhús, Ásgeir and the staff highest grade for the comfort of staying at their guesthouse.
