The lady of the house was extremely helpful and kind: she ordered us a tour plus a taxi to the airport since we wanted to save a bit time due to our early morning flight.   When we arrived from the airport at the bus depot despite it being 1amthe very personable owner of Apartment k picked us up. The apartment wasright downtown but with a view of ocean and mountains, well furnishedand outfitted with large flat screen tv, wlan and MacMini with largecollection of movies.   Hotel has been re-done recently and has an impressive lobby (with free internet pc's available). The rooms are decorated very well and there is a good information book in your room. The duvets are divine!! Staff are very friendly and efficient in booking the flybus back to airport - Very positive staff.   All of the reception personnel were extremely gracious and helpful. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. They answered questions, confirmed tours, made phone calls to check on things in other towns, made great suggestions about places to eat and buy things, and gave directions to get around. The cleaning staff was diligent in getting your room clean and tidy yet left personal items as you left them.
