The cottages have the 1 bath per room. The cottages were rustic but warmand comfortable. Were great after 12 hours of hiking. There is also ashuttle to the airport at specific times. - It was just our first night in Iceland and was the best begining: comfortable and excellent staff

I liked everything about this hotel. The room sizes are great and completely accessable. The breakfast in the morning was really nice, meats, cereals, fruit, juice, coffee, tea.. Everything fresh. Staff very pleasent and very very helpful.

Its a couple of km into Keflevik were there is all the usual facilities.

The rooms were clean and fresh. The hotel was quiet which is a bonus when you need an early night, to catch an early flight.
The breakfast buffet was good and there was plenty of food to chose from (cereals, toast, meats and cheese). Breakfast was out from 4.30am to accommodate guests who were catching an early flight.

manager is very friendly and helful, excellent hospitality, cleaness of the room, breakfast is very good. free transportation to airport even in the early morning at 4:30am!! - Since we were the only guests, we stayed at a small apartment in the families house. Very nice, clean, and very friendly staff.

Everything. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Sylvia was great. When she wasn't cleaning, she was doing research on Iceland in order to give suggestions to travellers. I had a room to myself and it was the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. Everything sparkled. Close to the airport and to bus stops. It's just a terrific place to stay.
(...and I did not miss the bus to Reykjavik)

The hosts are very accommodating to guests arriving late and leaving early as this guesthouse is near the airport. The owner is a retired carpenter who designed and built the interior of this very modern guesthouse. The breakfast and homemade treats available in the evening were top notch. Hard to believe we only spent $77 for the largest room and bed we had in Iceland, but I suspect we got such a good deal because we stayed during their first month of operation.
