Very friendly staff.
Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.
Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room.
Rooms were lovely and spacious.
Staff happy to assist in booking taxis/tickets to the Szechenyi baths & other attractions.

Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. Really nice room and relatively spacious - about 30 sq m. Breakfast in the hotel is very tasty. All products are very fresh. They make very good coffe, orange fresh and various eggs and creps made for you. Lunch&dinner dishes are excellent. Especially fish of the day and goat cheese salad. Bathroom is very nice and comfortable. Bed is really big and nice. Good location in the center.I liked the attitude. Very willing and attentive stuff.

This hotel provides good service at decent prices. We booked two executive rooms, which while relatively compact, provided all we needed. We arrived early, before our rooms were ready, but with our (discounted) exec rooms we spent some time on the excellent executive terrace & lounge, with free drinks and a great view of the river. This ia more of a big business hotel of course, but for us it was a usefull one-night stop on our Road Trip. Breakfast (also in the exec lounge) was quite good.
