The staff were extremely helpful with everything - booking taxis, information, etc. From the moment we arrived to departure, they were always on hand to assist. The location is ideal with access to all areas on the doorstep. The rate for a central hotel with such service was excellent. We could not fault this hotel and would strongly recommend it to travellers. - Brid

The hotel looks and feels great, The staff was great and courteous, Breakfast was vast and included everything a man could want. The hotel is placed in a great place, right next to a metro station and the Opera house. It's location is 10 minutes walk from every place. The rooms were very clean and well organized. In fact, we practically enjoyed every part of the hotel and would surely recommend it - Eyal

Location was spot-on and there was a 24 hour shop just across the road. Apartments had everything, washing machine, iron, hairdrier, microwave etc People we dealt with were extremely helpful and professional. - Anonymous

We stayed at the Opera Residence which was perfectly located in the centre of Budapest. The modern apartment was very clean and fully equipped with a kitchen area, washing machine, bath/shower, hairdryer, large TV and DVD player and even had a guide book for Hungary! The process of picking up the keys and leaving was very smooth. All in all a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend. - Anonymous

The apartment was a lot bigger than i expected and terrific value for money. The apartments are ideally located with a 5/10 min to the Danube and about a 15/20 min walk to city park. Also there is a supermarket around the corner which is handy. - Ashley

localization was perfect, staff was very nice and helpfull, apartment was brilliant (from the second night)!!! from the first night was apropriate to the price. Definitely will be back in that place - but staying in apartment :) - Joanna
