  We would rate the apartment as 'great'. It is located in the city center, close to metro station in a traditional Budapest yard, that is an experience in itself. It has two rooms with double beds, a kitchen and a bathroom, all in a quite decent condition. The owner is open and very hospitable, picks up at the airport if needed (for reasonable pric... what people say » e, that is better than city transport, especially if you are travelling as a group). - The location was excellent. The guy who gave us keys was very nice and helpful. We have actually booked another apartment but they had some problems with water and in the end we lived in very good location as well. Very honest and trustworthy people. Apartment was comfortable, we had two double beds and big comfortable dining table so we could chat and eat together.

The hotel is placed in a great place, right next to a metro station and the Opera house. It's location is 10 minutes walk from every place. The rooms were very clean and well organized.   After arranging everything with the kindest person in the business of guest housing, mr Andras Sebestyen, we came to Budapest as a group of friends. Mr Andras insisted on meeting us on the outskirts of Budapest and escorting us directly to the accommodation, so that we wouldn't have to wander through the city until we find our street. We came to the apartment in the Raday utca (street), full of good restaurants and only minutes away from well supplied supermarkets and - Andras - the owner was the perfect host. A great guy, warm and welcoming, he guided us well about the sights in and around the city and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. The apartments are centrally located with all local transport available outside. The rooms were clean and all basic necessities were available.it is walking distance from all the major tourist sights.
