Location is good (close to subway and railway station as well as to the main attractions and sightseeing routs), staff is also not bad, but we've got wrong tip on how to get to the funicular and were advised to buy tickets for hop-on/hop-off bus, but with no mentioning of the fact that price in hotel is higher than regular (and it's really weird even for Budapest). Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

We had a large apartment that was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

Location, Maurizio is fantastic, kind and helpful. Apartment located in the backyard, therefore NO traffic and street noise!!! (Neither view, but who cares) very generous welcome drink like a bottle of wine, beer, water, fanta, coffee, of course for free! The apartment is fully equipped, modern furniture, comfortable, super bed, full wall mirror next to the bed (for couples ;) bathroom was our favourite. Well adjustable heating system.
