  Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

A lot of restaurants nearby. 3 mins to New York cafe on foot. 12 mins to shopping streets and Donau. The room we got was a bit small but clean and good equipped. Very good breakfast. Nice mirror in the - Location is good (close to subway and railway station as well as to the main attractions and sightseeing routs), staff is also not bad, but we've got wrong tip on how to get to the funicular and were advised to buy tickets for hop-on/hop-off bus, but with no mentioning of the fact that price in hotel is higher than regular (and it's really weird even for Budapest). The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. Breakfast was excellent with a - Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

  As we were travelling with three relatively small children and wanted to explore Budapests historical and turist spots we were extremely happy about the location of the app. The app was perfectly clean and plesently furnitured. This was the first time we decided for app and not hotel accomodation and I would recommend it to couples with smaller ch... what people say » ildren. Ideal for family stay in Budapest! - We had a four bedroom apartment and it worked out great!! It had two bathrooms and we were all very comfortable. Also, when we did have some problems with our apartment (I.E. shower drain not working, toilet dripping and causing the floor to be wet), staff were very helpful. The staff were great!! Overall, we had a very positive experience.
