  The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. Tjhe apartment was cleaned, bathroom amenities and even washing detegrant provided on a daily basis. The service is excellent and worth of 5 stars. We defenitel... what people say » y recommend Boscolo residence for families with small kids willing to stay in the heart of Budapest. - We had a large apartment that was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

  Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

Rooms are really nice, but you also get food all day till 21:00 and drink.Staff are so helpful and go out of there way to make your stay a memorable visit to Budapest.   The Hotel's location, just by the mall, specially with the inside door thru mall which one we could easily go to without getting outside during those coldest days. The king bed and shower were amazing. - sleep ;)
