Very nice people, speaking english. Parking (free). Not problems with check-in, check-out (we came late and leave very early). Good location - not far from termal lake, close to Wineberg, where are good restaurants. Excellent hotel, lovely and clean and comfortable. Thoroughly recommended.Very friendly staff. evrey thing.
