One of the buffet staff was so mean to us maybe because of our races.Other staffs were so nice.

We liked the actual spa procedures - mud packs and massage. The rooms were also good.

The quality of food was really poor, and the hotel - rather old.

The surrounding environment

As a guest we were denied access to the main resturant and veranda due to it being used by non hotel guests. This resulted in being shuffled like refugees between hotels to have meals. As for customer service I would have thought it would have been easy to accommodate paying guests in the best resturant in the hotel by using a little imagination along with the non hotel guests.

everything else was a disappointment. i know its out of season but if this will affect our trip we should know in advance
