  We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons. The staff were really helpful and friendly - especially Gabor - and were willing to help with directions, cabs and weren't annoyed when the other group paid a bit later.   We had an excellent stay at the Budapest residence! It started when we arrived terribly late as we were caught in a snow storm driving from Krakow and did not arrive until 2am. The concierge (I believe his name was Peter or Paul - sorry!) Was so friendly and greeted us like we arrived at 2 in the afternoon! The flat was very open and spacious, dec - The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on some bookings.

  We were greeted on arrival, given an induction and left to it. If we needed any help we were provided with telephone numbers if we needed to contact anyone. The windows are double glazed and block the traffic noise completely. It is well equipped and comfortable. The location is great. It is just some second walk from the Chain Bridge and the Castel's funicular. We walked almost everywhere from the apartment but if one likes to use public transport, then the bus stop is just round the corner! Kate, the girl who welcomed us, is a very nice and helpful girl.

Spacious rooms with all necessary comfort, soundproof (provided that the windows are closed) and clean.
