Place has a great location.is very clean you have in disposition little kitchen and pin code system once you remember codes is very easy.very nice. It is in a central location but they should specify that people can stop at Astoria metro station and from there it is within walking distance. Excellent location, gives access to all points of interest due to immediate vicinity to public transportation network. Very secure, safe.

Walls are little thin. You can hear noises from the hall and common area (a little distraction if you're morning sleeper). Very small rooms, the walls are not really thick. Laminat floors in the corridor can cause noise in the morning when place is full although not so the issue when I was staying, thin walls. The room was soooo small and you can't tell from the pictures. Also the heat was crazy I had to open the windows and by that it was a bit noisy. They didn't have any towels for the face just one for body and on petite for hands!. Small room, but the same time comfortable. The sheets was really dirty and we had to clean by our self (garbage, buying toalet paper...) No one cleaned the room in five days, but first check sheets!. -you're not renting an apartment, your're renting a room inside it -dirty floor -noisy flatmates -we had a noisy room (close to the water boiler) on the first night. They gave us a better one the day after but we had to pay an extra. small rooms and very thin walls, thus very noisy at some moments. there were no basic bathroom amenities (shampoo, soap...) and bed linen did not seem clean (hair all over it). So there is space for improvement of service... 2nd bed above with very steep leder . Rooms are very small and very cold inside. Wi fi is very slow and bed conection. you can hear everything from next room.
