The open lobby area was a great gathering place. The rooms are large and freshly redone. Spotless. very helpful staff and great comfort for good price. Clean rooms and bathroom, rich and fresh beakfast. Very friendly staff!. The staff spoke very good English and were extremely helpful in every way, over and above the normal call of duty. rooms were great and price fantastic.

The shower could be renewed.Suggest hotel management to have additional light fixure in the room to give more brightness when it is dark. No. Only just one thing - personnel didn't know anything about freeparking close to hotel. But I found one - next to city park onFelvonulasi ter. the wireless internet didn't work. The location: it seems a bit far from the train station.In 7 nights they never changed the sheets on the bed. Location a bit far from city centre. Breakfast wasn't that good.the reception staff are not really helpful when i asked them questions. Wireless was not working !!!!. there is no hotel parking. The hotel was hard to find as it had building work going on on the front of the hotel and was covered in green netting.The intense paint fumes made me ill. We were walked in on by cleaners ( twice ) and painters ( once ). The street noise was appalling. staff are in poor services.
