That the money for your room was collected before you even booked in.The Breakfast was a little poor.

Room service and staff at front desk were very helpful. Also the MOM shopping centre next to the hotel was handy for breakfast etc if you missed it at the hotel and provided many reasonable places to eat at night as hotel was quite expensive and had a somewhat limited menu.

disappointed that bowling alley closed during entire stay as was computer (apparently takes more than a week to fix).
