Very nice hotel. Good location, Kind staff, Nice room, no complaints about hotel itself.

We asked reception to arrange taxi to airport. Although they confirmed the fixed price, taxi driver requested us to pay higher price. Bad thing happened at last moment......

staff was very helpful. they helped my colleague get her lost luggage back from airport as soon as possible. I fell in street in front of hotel and hurt myself. They were very kind and supportive and obtained a medic to see me quickly.

I would like option of a petit breakfast that does not cost 20 E.

Outstanding location. Very centrally located and only 20 meters fromonly metro station where all 3 lines converge. Well appointed, largeroom with nice amenities, free tea and coffee in the room, decent bedand nice large flat screen tv. Nice separate shower and tub. Helpful andfriendly staff. Good value for the money. Would stay there again.

"Auto-charge" mini bar refrigerator (You're automatically charged for anitem if it is moved from its position) with no extra room in fridge forany personal drinks or food items. Very expensive breakfast buffet wasnot included in our room rate. (We avoided it.) At check-in, staffoffered to "upgrade" us to a Jr Suite (w/ included breakfast and internet)for almost double our room rate. We passed.

The location was excellent; in the city centre, close to the metro and the main sights. The neighbourhood was central but quiet. The hotel was one of the best we have ever been, very comfortable and luxurious. The staff was helpuful and very polite and the service outstanding! We fully reccomend it!

little differebt breakfast from the other Le Meridien hotels (e.g. Warsaw). Not so much rich for its money value (~ 27 Eur)

It was pure luxury at a reasonable price. The location was within walking distance of most of the sights. Tram and subway access was within 50 yards of the front door. Food was superb. The concierges were accommodating and extremely helpful.

The hotel is fabulous. So comfortable, clean and has a really luxurious feel. The staff are so friendly, especially in the bar and restaurant. In fact I would say that the friendliness of the staff was one of the main highlights of our stay at the Meridien. The location is also fantastic, so central and within easy walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. Try their cakes in the bar!!

The restaurant, the staff, the location.. ultimately everything about the hotel surpassed my expectations, especially considering value for money. The hotel is absolutely perfect and the staff are eager to help wherever they can, also they are quite happy to talk to you and answer any questions you may have about Budapest. I would definately revisit this hotel in the future.

Location perfect for walking tour of the city. Staff always attentive, courteous and efficient. Restaurant serves very good food and Head Waiter is exceptionally knowledgeable. Music in the bar (piano trio) superb.

Hotels are always more expensive than one would like but le Meridien compares favourably with other hotels in the city.

When we checked in after midnight, the front desk tried to convince us to take a "special offer" for a business suite-- though he was friendly it was not what we wanted to deal with that late at night.

The hotel is ideally located in the very heart of the historical city,with 3 main metro lines at the corner. Most of tourist sites can bereached just walking around. It is a quiet hotel, at 1 min walkingdistance from the shopping main street. The staff was very helpful andfriendly. The sueprior room was big enough and pretty.

It is a pity that the breakfasts are so expensive (25 Euros/person) andalso the drinks compared to the restaurants in the vicinity.

Rooms beautifully designed for traveller's comfort; staff superbly helpful.

WiFi doesn't work in rooms. When we arrived our room had no towels and had a few minor glitches but the staff helped accommodate our needs.
