Do not be put off by the hotel's entrance, which is via the Elit Bar. The reception area is behind the bar and opens out into a courtyard. The accommodation area is very nicely decorated and the rooms are clean, comfortable and very tasteful. Breakfast is generous and includes healthy options. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I would certainly come back. The whole area between the city and train station has improved and been modernised in recent years and is much more pleasant. T.
all reviews » The beds were clean and very comfy, the shower room was clean and modern. The room overall was quite and in good order. We were able to leave our luggage in the breakfast room fter we had checked out. The hotel is reached through a small pub which sold draft Gosser larger and some quick bites - perfect after a late night flight. This is a great little hotel! Formerly a city house, now converted into large rooms en suite. They only have 14 rooms as of now, and they sell out quickly. The entrance is through a bar but this is not a problem. The room was clean and large, the bed comfortable. I also got a free upgrade upon checkin. Very good location - near bus and subway stations to city center, really close to Keleti railway station. Great place to start exploring the city. The room was not very big but nice and cosy with air conditioning. Bathroom was new and clean. Stuff was very helpful and friendly. Wifi was working fine. It is too noise during the night from outside because does not have soundproofed windows. Breakfast is not perfect, better go to the city center and have a breakfast there. The walls are really thin and not soundproof. It may be hard to spot the entrance since you have to pass through their bar to reach the reception. Quite a few steps to get up to my room, but nothing else, a nice quiet comfortable place to stay at. It's not up to the Hotel Elit, but the parking was a real pain given that we had to come back to the parking lot and pay for 4 hours (because it's maximum you can pay at once) over and over (mon-fri 8am - 6pm). On the upside, there are always available parking spots. The breakfast. Noise from the street, but that's rather expected taking into consideration the location of the hotel. Wi-Fi didn't work for me. Hotel is situated on a busy street, which was a bit annoying at night. Very old building without elevator. If you have a lot of laggegges will be a problem. Not many good restaurants in this area. Many fast foods, though. Stairs to 2nd floor. Missed not having fridge & kettle. Aldi deliveries at 05:30am. Poor breakfast, the breakfast table cloth was dirty, rooms could be cleaner, need beter everyday cleaning... Nincs. Nothing really ... OK the main light in the room didn't work. Not a big deal. No A/C. No problems :). The room face to the street so loud. Entrance throw the coffe. Room is not cleaning so much. There is no lift. nincs. location , busy road , noise. Stairs. Nothing I didn't like!. entrance through a bar. A little far from the action... No lift. Noisy traffic outside. No have elevator. No have refrigerator in the room.
