The hotel is perfectly located near everything you should need including city center, saunas, shopping and much more. The room I get was quite big, good heated, also very clean and on two levels! The kitchen was also provided and it is fully equipped with so much dishes that you will feel as at home. The last, but not the least is the very kind and useful staff and you can ask them all information that you need.
all reviews » The recepcionist was very helpful with advices about sightseeing, shopping, exchange offices, our rooms etc. Rooms are cute, kitchen is well equiped and terrace is great, especially for smokers. I really loved that place and I would definitelly recomend it to my friends and hopefully visit again in future... Personnel was very pleasant and helpful, location is pretty good, relatively close to the main train station, quiet neighborhood, settled in residential area of the city, pretty nice terrace, available parking space, near river... you won't get wrong with this hostel... all recommendations... -everything very clean -very professional young people on the reception, they helped us with every question we had regarding public transport, places to visit, prices,.. -quiet street with beautiful garden between houses -a lot of shops nearby 24h open -best price -secured entrance. Great hostel right in the centre of Budapest. Rooms were realy comfortable. And you can find everything you need in the kitchen. you can also use wifi and a PC with internet is available for visitors too. Toilets and showers were clean. And you can spend nice time on the terrace. Hahah very nice old building! Don't expect any new furniture or good trim inside, but there was some harmony and charm in all that ugliness. I don't mean to offend the hotel, really, it's very nice inside!. The location with all you need in 5 minutes walk and the inner city in 20 minutes. The reception with all the information you need. The WiFi and the kitchen near the room. The apartment style. The place is tidy. Staff is friendly and informative, when there is any complaint e.g on shower stand drainage plug or light bulbs burnt they were promptly attended. We loved this place. Was impressed with the fluency of reception guys' English. Location -close to Danube promenade. The room is not provided with the towels and I had to pay 1 euro for rent the one. The linen does not look very clean, but it is something that only I have noticed and my four companions weren't complaining about that. Facade of the building is awful... but don't judge the book by it's covers... interior is pretty good... you won't get wrong with this hostel... Slow wifi. Also, some websites were not loading (like google.com!). Do something!. Problem with the shower. Dishes not very clean in the common kitchen. They should give more information on direction from international bus station to hostel. There's alot of doors to go when going to the room upstears and the rooms windows opened to the hallway (when it's hot- it's pretty hot). The only downside was that one of the bedsheets had a "suspicious substance" on it. Nothing special to point out. A small dishwasher could be helpful at the kitchen. Also there is no sound proof, walls are thin and late arrivals can wake you up. The electric kettle was only one and out of order. Too thin walls so that you can hear your neighbors. Beds were really uncomfortable. missing towels and soap. if i HAD TO say something (which i rather wouldn't), it'd be that one of our 2 mattresses wasn't great. They do no accept payment by credit cards. Rooms are not soundproof.
